Monday! It's Monday... It's time to blow away my monday blue!

Today I going to college with my so call 'boyfriend' to do something.

After that, we plan to enjoy our Monday!

So, we plan to go Midvalley although there are full of haze everywhere-.-

How long I have not out until so enjoyable because of Study. I was actually fighting for my coming paper. But, I should be relax for today and continue my study after enjoy.

We was so hungry and decide to go for Dragon-I. 

How delicious cause we are too hungry!haha

Is a rice. Not bad but too big. We regret of not sharing with each other.❤

Dumpling! Dumpling! After leave one piece only remember to take picture.

 Cause too hungry and busy with our food❤

After our brunch, we go for Movies!! It's Movies. We watch 3D World War Z!! 

One word to say, 'AWESOME'!

Highly recommend and it was a must watch!

Macaroon Day♥

Today I was making Strawberry Mocha Macaroon!

WOAH! Is super great and having macaroon during tea is super yummy..

Yum Yum...

I really enjoy and the macaroon is small and like super cute cause it was in the mini size♥

Here is the Macaroon Recipe♥

Mocha Macaroon Recipe

Sugar: 125g

Egg White: 3(90g)-Aged for 3 days

Ground Almond: 125g

Icing Sugar:125g

Instant Coffee Powder: 2 tsp

Brown Colour: A drop

Method:

1.  Pulse the ground almond, icing sugar and instant coffee powder in a food                processor just until a fine powder is obtained.
2.  Place the egg whites in a bowl and beat the whites at low-medium speed.
3. After 2 minutes, when the mixture starts to rise and holds its shape, add the     caster sugar and beat until all the sugar is dissolved and firm peaks are obtained.
4. Add all the almond powder, icing sugar and coffee powder mixture to the meringue and fold in gently.
5. Fill in to a large pastry bag and pipe it.
6. Bake at 160 degree for 12 to 14 minutes.

Chocolate Ganache fillings

Bittersweet Chocolate: 325g

Heavy Cream: 300g

Unsalted Butter: 75g

Coffee Powder: 1 tbsp (Mixed with 2 tbsp of hot water)

1. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
2. Add the butter and stir well. Allow to cool until thickened.

Today morning when I'm going class I saw the haze in KL is getting serious then yesterday. The smell is worst! So, everyone should remember to wear their mask and drink more water. Less outdoor activities.

Non-Bake Oreo Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake♥

Today I was blogging about Non-Bake Oreo Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake recipe.

Well, actually this is my first time making this type of cake. 

But, it was success! YEAH.. It was delicious and the lemon taste is superb!

Anyway, this is the recipe below!!xD

Ingredient

Base

- 15 pieces oreo cookies

- 55g unsalted butter

Filling

- 1tbsp gelatin powder

- 3 tbsp water

- 60g caster sugar

- 2 large egg yolk

- Grated Lemon Zest

- 3 tbsp Lemon juice

- 150ml Dairy Whipping Cream

- 250g Cream Cheese

Steps

1. Base: Chip the oreo and put the butter and mix well. 

2. Filling: Beat Cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth.

3. Put in 2 large egg yolk, Grated Lemon Zest and Lemon juice in and beat till well.

4. Double Boil and melt the gelatin powder and water.

5. Quickly pour in after u boil it and mix well.

6. Beat the whipping cream until it become thick and fold into batter.

7.  Lastly, pour in the mixture into the cake ring.

8. Set at the refrigerator for 2 hours.

9. Put blueberry fillings on top to make the better taste.

10. Ready to serve. Serve with cold!

Dragon Boat Festival♥

12 June 2013 is Dragon Bot Festival ( I did not know weather is it how they pronounce in English. This is what I translate in google.hahaxD ) is also know as duan wu jie '端午节'.

Time flies! Dragon Bot Festival comes again.

Every year my grandma make a lot of rice dumpling which is 粽子. This year I was helping my grandma and some people though it was easy as their see. But the truth is super hard and not as u see..haha

It was also tiring and many things to prepare and do. I make around 100 sthing and I quite enjoy.

Here is the ingredient that my grandma prepare. It was delicious.

My Life for Saturday!♥

Saturday which is on 8th of June 2013 is my working job. I was a promoter for Axe product at the Watson Jusco Kepong. 

The first time I was working at the Watson Jusco Kepong. When I was first go in it was like 'What the hell is that'. Sure every shopping mall have their R&R! But in Watson their R&R is more worst then in Jusco. I was like this is the first time I work in Watson and the last time in Watson Jusco Kepong. 

But I do enjoy working with bunch of friends. They are so friendly and funny. We do talking when there are no customer. We chit chat, joking, talk about our own feelings and I really enjoy it. Even though this is our first day meet. She is pretty and funny in my mind. But one thing I forgot to do is taking picture with her! Cause the management is like walking around and looking at us. But I really Thanks to her for helping me when I was in Blur mode! Thanks to her so much.

This is the outfit I wear and I feel it was so beautiful.

That day i won my YADAH Brightening mask pack from one of MIVVA contest and I have tried it. It was super good and nice smell. After I use this mask I can feel the moisturize on my face. I really love her product so much and the design was so beautiful and super cute! I love it so much♥
